Elizabeth's Interior Design career embodies an impressive and diverse range of Residential and Commercial design projects. Her most notable Diplomatic projects include the residences of the Ambassadors of Turkey, Hungary and the Netherlands. Commercial projects boast the Verizon Center's VIP/Club level floor and her participation on the renovation of the Pentagon. Residential projects include working on "Merrywood," the former estate of Jacqueline Onassis Kennedy as well as several other estate quality residences.
Elizabeth has lectured and served as an industry critic for the graduate Interior Design Program at the Corcoran College of Art and Design. She has served as a guest critic for the Interior Design program at Marymount University. Several of Elizabeth's projects have been published in various Washington, DC publications including the book, "Spectacular Homes of Washington, DC". Elizabeth is a LEED AP certified professional which recognizes her knowledge of current green building standards and practices. She is OSHA certified. She is an Allied member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID).
Elizabeth sponsored as well as participated in the design of the first safe house in the Washington, DC area that houses children that have been sexually trafficked domestically. She is an avid supporter of the fight against all areas of domestic human trafficking. Elizabeth is a traveler and adventurer. After reaching Everest Base Camp, she now intends to climb Mt. Aconcagua in the Argentina Andes.
